Project Overview

Trick or Seek is a charming multiplayer hide-and-seek game featuring an anime art style, set in a vibrant retro-futuristic world called Playland.

In Playland, mischievous spirits known as "Hiders" cause chaos by disguising themselves as everyday objects like dolls, radios, and gift boxes. To restore peace, citizens formed an elite unit called the "Seekers." Armed with a high-tech ghost-sucking device called the Vacuum Blaster, the Seekers must hunt down and eliminate the Hiders across the city.

How to Play
Players are randomly assigned roles at the start of the match, with an assigned ratio of 1 Seeker to 3 Hiders.
Objective
Hiders must hide safely until the time runs out.
Seekers must find and eliminate all Hiders before the time runs out.
Game Flow
A round lasts approximately 3–5 minutes and is divided into 3 phases.
1. Hiding Phase (60 seconds)
Hiders: Players are given 5 random objects to transform into, and can use Gold to re-randomize this set once. Hiders then move to find a hiding spot. A Hider can only transform once per object. Hiders must also be careful as they may be forced to transform every few minutes.
Seeker: Begins by not seeing the Hiders. The Seeker uses this time to explore the map/prepare, and can select and purchase support items/skills from a list.

2. Seeking Phase (90 seconds)
Seeker: Hunts and eliminates Hiders by attacking (such as shooting the Vacuum Blaster). Hitting objects drains the Vacuum Blaster fluid, requiring Seekers to use the fluid sparingly. Seekers can use purchased special skills to assist the search.
Hiders: Can move, but will be slowed down if attacked. If hit by a Seeker, it is an instant elimination. Hiders can use special skills, such as changing their hiding spot or transforming into a new object. When a Hider is eliminated, they become a Specter.

3. Specter Phase (Until Game End)
When a player is eliminated, they become a Specter. Specters can only view the remaining players or Leave the Game. (Specters also have the idea of being able to run freely and make various sounds to prank the remaining players).
